What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you’ll lose access to premium features, but your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.

What happens to my data if I switch plans?
All your data, including customer points, rewards, and transaction history, is preserved when you switch plans. You’ll only gain or lose access to features based on your new plan.
